Two Stage Program for peak performance

Stage 1 Corrective Maintenance
De-hydrators that are unable to meet previous
performance records will experience a turn around result from our process.

The process requires two treatments in a twenty-eight day period. If the de-hydrators ailments are due to scale, solids or hydrocarbon build up, the system will return to the required expectation for performance.

All aspects of the operation will be analyzed by our experienced staff. Glycol pH, gas temperatures and flow rates will be monitored and the operators of the site will be assisted to correct any situations.

The de-hydrators are always online for our servicing, so no loss of gas production is resultant.

Stage 2 Preventative Maintenance
This program is a follow up system created to prevent the necessity of a corrective occurrence.

Each unit is scrutinized on its individual standings, and then reviewed with the Leads or Foreman to establish a duration interval that maintains the de-hydrator at its rated performance level.
